Alan’s in-depth understanding and Challenger approach towards the Microsoft business strategy (cloud-first, mobile-first), operation models and organization’s blueprints enables his new ideas and perspectives to immediately resonate with both executives and consumers alike.
Jack Schram

Jack Schram is a consultant and project manager with Pipe9. Jack focuses on managing some of Pipe9’s largest transformation projects at Microsoft. Jack has built a reputation for the practical and flexible approach he brings to the projects he manages. Jack is currently the lead Project Manager for all Role Excellence and capability assessment projects at Microsoft.
Billy Graham

Billy Graham is Pipe9’s Development Manager. Billy is the chief architect of Pipe9’s assessment and coaching solution. Billy leads a team of developers who have architected Pipe9 Coach to become the leading Role Excellence-based assessment/coaching solution used by Microsoft. Billy’s team design and build SharePoint and community portals to empower collaboration and amplify sales guidance, success stories and best practices.

Yulia Shtareva is a marketing specialist and project manager at Pipe9. Yulia leads our communication, design, and branding elements both internally and externally for Pipe9. Yulia’s job consists of defining the story, authoring the content, building creative solutions, and managing the rhythm of communications necessary to ensure project appeal, organization and success.
